- Failed delivery attempt (after 2nd attempt): AED 5 per attempt
- Return to sender: AED 8 per shipment
- Rescheduled delivery (customer request): AED 3 per rescheduled order
- Oversized shipment (above 25 kg): quoted separately
- Remote area surcharge: AED 5–15 depending on location
- Cash on Delivery (COD) handling: 1.5% of order value (min. AED 3)
- Saturday delivery surcharge: AED 3 per shipment
Service Conditions
Delivery Terms
Standard terms applicable to all delivery services
- All prices are per shipment, one-way delivery only
- Same-day delivery: orders must be dispatched before 10:00 AM
- Next-day delivery: orders accepted until 6:00 PM
- Proof of Delivery (POD) is provided digitally for all shipments
- Maximum 3 delivery attempts per shipment before return to sender
- Wasil is not liable for delays caused by recipient unavailability or incorrect address details
- All delivery time windows are estimates and subject to traffic and operational conditions
Billing
Payment Terms
Standard billing and payment conditions for all accounts
- Invoices issued weekly or monthly, based on client preference
- Standard payment terms: Net 30 days from invoice date
- Accepted methods: bank transfer, cheque, and online payment
- Late payments are subject to a 2% monthly service charge
- Prepaid credit accounts available for startup and low-volume clients
- All prices are exclusive of 5% VAT in accordance with UAE FTA regulations

Pricing FAQs
Are there any setup or onboarding fees?
No. There are no setup fees or hidden charges. You only pay for the services you use as agreed in your service contract.
How is pricing confirmed?
After you contact us, our team will send a formal quotation within 24 hours based on your volume, service requirements, and delivery zones. All prices are fixed in writing before service begins.
Do prices include VAT?
All prices shown are exclusive of VAT. A 5% VAT will be applied on your invoices in accordance with UAE Federal Tax Authority regulations.
What are the payment terms?
Standard payment terms are Net 30 days from invoice date for business accounts. Prepaid options are available. Late payments incur a 2% monthly service charge.
Can I get a volume discount?
Yes. Volume-based discounts are available for clients with consistent daily shipment volumes. Contact our sales team to discuss a customized pricing agreement.
How long are quoted prices valid?
All formal quotations from Wasil are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
